THE CONFORMATION DOG

It takes a team to win in the show ring. The handler and dog present a picture for the judge and both the dog and the handler’s presentation are important. The German Pinscher must present himself to the judge in what we call a show pose, let the judge look at their teeth and examine their structure, and the happier they work in the ring, the better they do. The German Pinscher is compared to the standard for their breed, the perfect specimen, it is all about structure. They must show good temperament at all times.

There are two levels of AKC Conformation titles, the Champion (CH), and the higher level, Grand Champion (GCH).

There are three levels of GCH, Bronze, Silver, and Platinum. 

To be included on these pages, the owners must send a picture to the webmaster. Pictures are posted in order received.
